H.B. Fuller Adhesive Receives Fire Safety Rating for Door Assembly

H.B. Fuller Co. recently announced it has achieved the UL10C 90-min fire safety rating for its Rapidex RHM3000 UL 10C fire-rated component status adhesive. The material is designed to help door manufacturers improve production while meeting industry certification and fire rating requirements.

“Fire door manufacturers are held to high industry standards, and they need to ensure the components that go into their doors meet those standards as well,” said Jim Schone, market development manager. “The 90-min burn rating on Rapidex RHM3000 provides confidence that the adhesive itself has passed a rigorous door fire safety performance target.”
